Local configuration :
	First of all copy the settings.ini to settings_local.ini and replace values by correct path

Dependencies :

	doxygen

Dynamic code generation :
	python3 scripts/refreshdyn.py examples/em_test.pickle OUTPUTFILE.py

Instance creation :
