The server is listening, fork on new request, and then loads the context from URL.
Now we have to call properly the webui plugin in order to answer the request

- Replaced some "hidden" import with LodelContext.expose_modules calls
 - in some functions of Setting, Plugin, validator
 - in loader.py (temporary version)

In this state the tests runs (151 success), I'm able to run an instance (from debian package using slim) in MONOSITE mode and in MULTISITE mode by creating and loading a context in the loader.

Theorically all of those imports were tested by unit testing, but we've got no inssurance about that.
And even if unit tests had check for syntax errors, all pieces of code were not tested. We cannot
be sure that an import was missed or forgotten...

Removed useless readonly property on some fields

Add master = true to uwsgi.ini

Add the custom message provided by HttpException to the template

Pymongo do not handles sets as value. We have to cast them into lists
done only in update for the moment...

with make deb . Next commit will update the README

Before when session restore fails the webui was answering "Unknown status 200" as content.
Now it produce 2 log messages (maybe)

broken nginx conf + absolute path in slim that is known only at build time

using --plugin option instead of uwsgi_python3 shortcut (can be uwsgi_python34 etc)

Now create an INSTANCE_NAME.sock in @localstatedir@/uwsgi_sockets
Note : the localstatedir is wrong -_- /usr/var instead of /var........

Using execl instead of fork to preserv the pid

SLIM is now able to edit configuration from CLI, to start instances etc.
