#41 Stat server socket problems

When starting a stats server listening TCP or UNIX, the accept would block and the watchdog will kill the process…

MainProc[  2834]   Error Monitor server exits with error code : Failure
MainProc[  2834]   Error Monitor server terminated by sig Killed(9)

When starting a stats server using UDP, the process fails logging :

StatServ[   799]    Info Listening on udp://127.0.0.1:9001
StatServ[   799]   Error Dgram server not implemented.... exiting server

Increasing stats server watchdog timeout seems to solve the problem.
