#11 Write tests for pyutils.c file

The pyutils.c/h file contains various utility about python embeding handling. Maybe it is too messy to write tests on it (maybe some functions are related to #8). But some stuffs can be tested. Like sys.stdin & sys.stdout updates, sys.path update, etc.
